After you complete your Upper Middle Research, you will earn $5 in rewards and be added to relevant targeted survey lists. Once you earn more than $10 in rewards (the first time you answer a targeted survey), you will immediately have access to a gift code of an agreed-upon value redeemable at 1,800 retailers (including Amazon). There is no limit on rewards so the money can stack up.

The information in your profile is used to see if you’re suitable for a particular survey. Be sure to complete all profiles to be invited to as many surveys as possible! To complete your profile, from the top of any page, click Earn & Redeem and then Complete Profiles. Some surveys need to know more and use "screener" questions at the start to confirm you qualify.
